Privacy Policy
A short, plain-language explanation of what we collect and why — no legal padding.

The Short Version
We collect what you send us, and nothing more.
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural analytics. There is no visitor profile being built anywhere. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us — through the contact form or by email.
What We Collect
Contact form and email
- When you use the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company name (if given) and whatever you write in the message field.
- The form is handled by FormSubmit.co, a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards the submission to our inbox. It does not appear on the site itself, and we don't run our own server to store submissions.
- If you email us directly, we receive whatever is in that email, same as any normal email correspondence.
What We Don't Collect
No tracking, no cookies, no sale of data
- We don't use cookies, analytics scripts or advertising trackers on this site.
- We don't sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We don't collect payment or financial information through this site — any commercial terms are agreed separately, directly with you.
Hosting
Standard web server logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare's infrastructure may log basic technical information — such as IP address and request timing — for security and reliability purposes. This is standard infrastructure logging, not something we access or use for tracking individual visitors.
How Long We Keep It
Only as long as it's relevant
Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as they're relevant to an active or potential project, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records. If you'd like us to delete your information, email us and we'll action it.
Questions
Ask us directly
If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, email [email protected] and we'll answer directly — not through a support ticket system.
Get In Touch
Questions about how we work?
We're happy to talk through anything here, or anything else, before you decide whether to reach out about a project.
